Returns/Replacements Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem, please notify us as immediately upon receipt of merchandise, retaining all products and shipping materials. Shipping fees and delivery costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement. If a gift basket is returned because recipient failed to pick it up from UPS, FedEx or P.O., there is a 25% restocking fee charge. If an order is canceled once the gift basket(s) is made, there is a 25% restocking fee charge.
